The Salem Township Hall is available for groups to rent on a year round basis.

Resident Rates

Weddings and Anniversaries (All Day) $200.00

Graduation, Open House, Family Gatherings, Showers and Meetings $75.00 for 5 hours, under 50 people and $100.00 for 50 people and over.

Funeral Dinners $50.00 for 5 hours

Non Resident Rates

Weddings and Anniversaries (All Day) $400.00

Graduation, Open House, Family Gatherings, Showers and Meetings $150.00 for 5 hours, under 50 people and $175.00 for 50 people and over.

Funeral Dinners $100.00 for 5 hours

The hall is equipped with a large kitchen, air conditioning and seating for up to 180. Please contact Shar Brower for more information.

Hall Rental Cancellation Fee

All hall rentals must be paid in full and the rental contract signed when you book the hall. There is now a $10.00 cancellation fee for the hall rental. In the event you cancel the hall we will refund all except $10.00.

Hall Rules

No Alcohol
No Smoking
Take your trash with you please
Leave the Hall in good condition
Make sure all doors are locked
Turn off the lights
Any damage or missing items are your responsibility
No Red beverages
Do not slide stacked chairs on carpet please
Payment due when hall is scheduled.
If renter wants to decorate the day prior to rental, there is an additional $50.00 fee
If renter wants to come in early to set up or decorate there will be an additional $15.00 per hour charged

Meeting Room

Our meeting room is also available for rent. It is $20.00 for the first hour, and $15.00 after the first hour. There is a 3 hour minimum time limit for the meeting room. No food, no beverages, no smoking allowed.

This is a smaller version of the Hall and great for small business meetings. If interested please call shar Brower.
